DIFFICULT TO ACCOMPLISH.

This was designed to "screw" into the ground but we found it very hard to get it seated. I would not buy this again. Instead I would use a different method of anchoring the light. This was extremely difficult to do.
Pros
- after it is seated it does anchor the light securely.
Best Uses
- if you have no other way of anchoring.
Cons
- difficult to accomplish.

Lamp Post Anchor Made Things easier

Good quality product but make sure you have a good hard solid soil underneath. In our application it was place on heavy sandy substraight and made the lamp slightly wobbly. Otherwise, it was much better than poring cement.

- No cement required
Best Uses
- Putting up a lamp post.
Cons
- the four additional support pegs could have been longer
