Is this weather proof where it can be exposed to the weather and not have to be under cover of a roof? Are the rechargeable battery replaceable and do you provide/sell the replacement batteries?

Can you tell me were the noted auto/off switch is located. Also were are the batteries located...in the lamp fixture or the solar panel itself?
