This is my second purchase. I purchased the Mini first and then realized I needed the MAX to keep my refrigerator going. Their customer service, in particular Christopher, is awesome. I emailed him many times for information. He always replied in a rapid response. As a 71 year old senior female, some of the different plugs were confusing. Christoper sent me pictures of plugs and what they meant, and when I thought my MAX wouldn't turn off, he asked me to send a video, but I was able to turn it off. Thank you so much for your support Christopher and for the awesome product and sale price for a person on a limited income.

Pros

Great customer service. Timely shipping. Battery generator is a great option for me as I didn't want to deal with the gas or propane type generators. This one I can easily move around in my house and is basically noise free!

Can this be continuously connected to the 110volt charging circuit to maintain the charge until an outage occurs? Will this affect the battery life?

Is there a maximum cable length from the Power Station to the solar panel or the 12volt charging unit?

Yes, it can indeed. It will only have a positive affect on the lifespan of the battery. I would not recommend exceeding 30 ft on the PV cable distance. The car charging cable should not be extended past what is included. Thank you for your inquiry!
