Got what I wanted to start my conversion
May 29, 2021
I purchased this to set up elect in my greenhouse and workshop. This is doing exactly what I wanted. It was very easy to set-up and start charging. I have not yet done the wind-mill portion as I do not have a way to set it up on an appropriate pole. This was my only surprise when setting up. I look forward to getting additional battery packs and complete setup for additional out-buildings on my homestead. Well worth the money.
Pros
- Ease of set-up
- compact
Cons
- Windmill needs a strong enough pole to set up and use, which is not included.

Back up and off grid

Very pleased with this product. It allows me the ability to back up items in my main home and powers my off grid home, during hunting season. I will be expanding onto this system.

So far so good
July 17, 2020
I'm happy with my purchase. I've had it up and running for a couple weeks now and it performing as advertised. I made some modifications to mine, added 3 separate 60ah AGM batteries in parallel with the one that comes in the generator giving me 240ah, this is much cheaper than buying the pods and gets the same results. So far I've only tested the system at 500 watts draw between several small devices, fans, tv, computer etc. and it lasts for 4 hours, would probably go longer but I don't want to run the batteries down to low. I also picked up a second solar panel for 200 watts charging power, picked that panel up for 75.00 on Amazon and it's working fine with the system. I'm thinking I'll have to spend some more money on a taller tower for my wind turbine, currently at 20 feet, it takes some good wind (10 - 15 mph) to get that thing spinning enough to register charge. All in all I'm satisfied with my purchase. If there were one improvement to suggest it would be to have the app connect via wireless instead of bluetooth then create a program for the PC so you could remotely monitor the system. Currently you have to be in bluetooth range.
Pros
- Easy to assemble
- Performs as advertised
- Constructed with portability in mind +
Best Uses
- Backup power UPS
- Portable power
Cons
- Need PC program for monitoring the system with ability to connect using network wireless or hard wire
- Additional accessories and very pricey

Amazing product!

I didnt know I would need a permit to put up my turbine so I ended up returning just the turbine and getting 2 additional solar panels and another 1800 Pod to connect with this one. I have cut between $60-$80 a month with this product. Thank you!
Pros
- Wheels are very hardy and everything is easy to understand.

Good generator. Solar use simple; Wind use complicated.
March 20, 2020
We are using this for educational purposes at a nature center. The solar PV is simple to use, though the set-up instructions were not quite as detailed as they should be. The wind turbine requires permits for proper use as a permanent installation. We are looking to connect the turbine to other power sources (like a stationary bike). It appears this might be doable, with some effort.
Pros
- Generator ready to go. Decent power and capacity.
- Solar PV easily integrates to generator.
Best Uses
- Although technically portable, this is best used as a permanent installation, if you are using wind turbine.
- If not using wind, system is portable but generator is heavy.
Cons
- Instructions for wind and solar installation need more detail.
- Wind turbine needs pole, tethers, maybe permit.

If I wanted to use only solar and no wind, can I attach solar panels to the wind inputs? Meaning, can I have 200W of solar panel coming into the solar input and 300W of solar coming into the wind input? It's all DC power in so I'm hoping it's ok to do this.
1 Answer
Unfortunately, that is not an option. Thank you for your inquiry!

I just bought one, it isn't installed yet. But I wonder if it's protected from EMP, and if not, what I should do to protect it.
I am going to be storing my insulin in a small fridge and want it to remain running if the power goes out. Look what happened in California, rolling blackouts with no warning. People had medical devices that didn't work, like the CPAP machines.
Thank you.

Can a 30 amp RV plug into this to power fan, lights,and/or air conditioner, and for what period of time?
1 Answer
The Natures Generator does not have a 30 Amp output port. Provided the lights are LEDs and the fan has a low watt draw, you can power those items directly from the 110V output ports on the front of the unit. Air conditioners are not a great option for solar as they require a very large amount of power to operate. Thank you for your inquiry!

On page 8 of the natures wind turbine user manual it talks about needing a schedule 40 steel tubing or piping. It talks about the outside diameter and it talks about it should be available through our local hardware store. After going to our local Home Depot and Lowe's store we are not able to determine specifically what type of steel pipe this needs to be. Can you be more specific? Thanks.
Lori
1 Answer
This pipe is rather common and should be easily accessible locally. I recommend reaching out to any local fence manufacturer, as they may stock the 1.5" Schedule 40 Steel Pipe". Please note any nominal 1.5" poles or pipes will work perfectly. Thank you for your inquiry!
